Controlled pulling with the 45-2

Practical benefits
  • Self-centering arms provide grip: The three hooks automatically align on the component to prevent slipping during high-load extractions.
  • Balanced load distribution: You apply uniform pulling force across the workpiece to safely dismount tightly seated bearings and gears.
  • Smooth mechanical spindle operation: The durable threaded spindle allows you to deliver high pressure with precise manual control.

In a nutshell

The right choise for

With the Kukko 45-2 universal puller, you remove stubborn ball bearings, gears, and pulleys cleanly without damaging surrounding shafts or housings. Featuring a 3-arm design with self-centering hooks, the puller automatically aligns and grips the workpiece evenly, preventing slipping or tilting during extraction. The robust mechanical spindle delivers high, controlled pressure across a maximum spread and clamping depth of 120 mm. This gives you full control and safety in the workshop, eliminating the need for destructive methods like hammering or heating.

Product description

The handy, 3-arm industrial puller with force-amplifying and self-centring pull hooks is used for pulling bearings, gears and discs in all common sizes for Craft, workshop and Industry. It can be used to loosen any part sitting on a spindle and freely accessible from outside. When the spindle pressure is built up, the part to be loosened is clamped ever more tightly by the interconnected draw hooks. The 3-arm design ensures even load distribution and therefore a particularly secure hold on the part to be pulled off.

Application

For pulling bearings, gears and pulleys in all common sizes for manual trades, workshops and industry.
